What happens if my EVOTAG tagger is broken and cannot be repaired?
If you have an equipment Standard Membership subscription and your tagger has a hardware issue that cannot be fixed, such as a broken trigger, we will send you a replacement unit. This replacement is provided at no extra cost as part of your subscription benefit.
We will ensure the new tagger is configured for your account, so you only need to transfer any accessories, like a red dot sight, from the defective unit to the new one.
