Satisfaction Guarantee
We collect satisfied customers, and therefore offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee valid from the date of purchase, for all purchases on our webshop (with the exception of subscriptions).
This means that if, up to 30 days after your purchase, you are not satisfied, you can contact us and we will send you a free return label. There is also automatic free shipping and a satisfaction guarantee on discount packages.
Please note that the goods you want to send back must be returned in the same condition as you received them in. This means that the goods must not be damaged, dirty or show clear and obvious signs - e.g. scratches, scratches - of wear or use.
Is it free to return?
At EVOTAG we always offer free return shipping. You just have to contact us first at support@evotag.dk and we will send you a package label.

We do our best to make the process go as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that it may take up to 14 days before we have processed your return request.
