Satisfaction Guarantee
We collect satisfied customers, and therefore offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, valid from the date of purchase, for all product purchases on our webshop.
This means that if, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied up to 30 days after your purchase, you can contact us and we will send you a free return label.
Please note that the items you wish to send back must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, or show clear and obvious signs - e.g., scuffs, scratches - of wear or use.

At EVOTAG, we always offer free return shipping. You just need to contact us first at support@evotag.dk, and we will send you a parcel label.
