The EVOTAG refund policy defines how EVOTAG (with legal name “IR SQUAD ApS”) uses and manages returns and refunds ordered via the EVOTAG Webshop located at https://shop.evotag.io
IR SQUAD/EVOTAG offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy.
If within a period of 30 days after having received the product, you are not happy with the EVOtagger, we offer a full refund. The money will be transferred to your account once we confirm having gotten the product back from you.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at support@irsquad.com (also, for good measure, please include your invoice or order confirmation notice).
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, nor can you return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within five working days.
If you have not received a refund yet, please first of all check your bank account one more time. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted into your account.

To return your product, you should first contact us as we will then forward you a shipping label. Then, subsequently, you should mail your product(s) to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over 555 DKK value, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise there is no guarantee EVOTAG/IR SQUAD will receive your returned item.
