App does not load

In some cases the EVOTAG App may fail to load.

To resolve this please ensure you have the latest App version installed and check your internet connectivity.

 

Update your App 

We frequently release new updates to the EVOTAG with improvements, which requires changes to the backend cloud services. If your App version is too old, the App may fail to load.

Go to your App Store and find the EVOTAG App. Tap on the App the see the details. Please tap "Upgrade" to get the latest version.

 

Try restarting the App

If the App gets stuck when loading bar shows 10%, 75% or 85% please try restarting the App a few times. In rare cases the sync may fail during login after upgrades or maintenance breaks.
