Tagger is not showing or will not connect
OBS: In 99% of all cases tagger connection issues are related to low battery in the tagger, despite the battery status shown in the App or whether it is a fresh/new battery.
Step 1. Ensure tagger is turned on by pressing the trigger
If not connected to an App the tagger will go into power save after 5 minutes.
Step 2. Use troubleshooter in App
Open the tagger overview and tap on "My tagger is not showing?"
Follow the trouble shooter guide to identify the problem and solution.
Important: Please use the battery tester to see the actual voltage of the batteries. The voltage of the 9V battery must be at least 7.2V to ensure the Bluetooth module is stable.
